Why do I need to pay the deposit?
Collecting security deposit on check-in is a standard practice in hospitality sector. Some websites can collect deposit online, but if this was not available for your booking, we will need to collect it in cash on check-in. Don't worry, we will happily return your deposit in the same currency and amount as collected if there were no losses or damages.
Do you provide cleaning?
We normally provide full cleaning with change of bed linens and towels on a weekly basis for stays over 7 days (not including check-in and check-out days).
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, you can. All our apartments and buildings are pet-friendly. Kindly note that we will need to collect extra deposit, just in case your pet gets a little too excited about our soft furniture or maybe curtains :)
Can I use the beach for free?
Yes! We provide free beach club access for 2 adults per 1-bedroom apartment (+kids up to 16 years for free). You will also enjoy access to fitness club and 4 outdoor pools, including the "quiet" pool which is located near the hotel bar and is adult-only.
Do you have kids pool?
Sure! We can't let the adults have all the fun to themselves, can we?
Can I have housekeeping more often?
Of course! We can arrange extra cleaning as often as you like, just let us know in advance. Cleaning costs depend on the type of apartment and whether you require change of towels and bed linens or not.
What is the concierge service, and what can I use it for?
It means there is a concierge available at reception desk 24/7, who will try and help you with a range of questions, such as ordering a taxi, or advise you where to order water/grocery/food delivery.
Is there parking available?
Yes! For each apartment we provide at least one space on underground parking, from which there is a direct lift access to your floor.
