FAQ
Collecting security deposit on check-in is a standard practice in hospitality sector. Some websites allow to collect deposit online, but if this was not available for your booking, we will need to collect it in cash on check-in. Don’t worry, we will happily return your deposit in the same currency and amount as collected, if there were no losses or damages.
We normally provide full cleaning with change of towels and bed linens on a weekly basis for stays over 7 days (not including check-in and check-out days).
Yes, you can! All our apartments and buildings are pet-friendly. Kindly note that we will need to collect extra deposit, just in case your pet gets a little too excited about our soft furniture or maybe curtains :)
At the swimming pool, there is 2 areas:
1. Left half of the pool area is for building residents and it is for free. You can use those sunbeds and towels which are provided for them.
2. Right half of the pool area is for Wyndham hotel guests and is managed by hotel. Please note, it has no relation to rental apartments. If you want, you can use that area for a separate charge. You can find correct information and payment options by addressing the Wyndham hotel directly (Block C hotel reception).
At the beach there is also 2 areas:
1. The beach area with sunbeds and umbrellas in front of the building and pool belongs to the Wyndham hotel. Please note, it has no relation to rental apartments. If you want, you can use that area for a separate charge. You can find correct information and payment options by addressing the Wyndham hotel directly (Block C hotel reception).
2. The sand beach area on the left and right of the building is free to use for all residents and guests. You just need to go around the side of the fenced area.

Of course! We can arrange extra cleaning as often as you like, just let us know in advance. Cleaning costs depend on the type of apartment and whether you require change of towels and bed linens or not.
It means there is a concierge available at reception desk 24/7, who will try and help you with a range of questions, such as ordering a taxi, or advise you where to order water/grocery/food delivery.
Yes! For each apartment we provide at least one space on underground parking from which there is a direct lift access to your floor.
