Your Vacation in Fairmont Residences in Dubai
1. Check-in

Enter the building through the arc, which leads to visitors parking and ground floor lobby.

You can check-in at reception desk (open 24/7) if you completed payment in advance, and then proceed to the apartment after 15:00 which is our standard check-in time.
Important: please send passport copies (or Emirates ID) of all guests to: harmony.hvh@gmail.com or via WhatsApp +971 58 575 9330 at least 48 hours before arrival, so we can register you online in accordance with local DTCM and security regulations.
If the payment needs to be done upon arrival, we will meet you at specific time, appointed in advance.

Additional beach cards can be rented for 100 AED/day (subject to availability). Penalty for lost beach card — 300 AED, for lost elevator card — 200 AED.
You will also receive information about your designated parking spot. Please park at your space only! In case you find another car parked on your place, you need to visit the reception desk and security will assist you.

We know that you want to check-in earlier. Unfortunately, in most cases we cannot arrange earlier check-in. Our hard-working team needs time to prepare everything! But in case there is extra availability, we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

2. Apartments
WiFi name and password are written on WiFi router next to the TV.
For hot water you need to switch on the water heater (separate in each room).
For garbage disposal go to the garbage room. When exiting the apartment, turn right and go until end of the hall, you will find garbage room behind the elevator. Please throw garbage in trash pipe, do not leave it on the floor.

3. Premises and facilities
When going to the pool and beach don’t forget to take beach cards and elevator cards with you.
Pool entry is located on 1st floor, turn left when exiting the elevator. To open the door to the pool use the white card.
First outdoor pool is located at this level. You can cross the courtyard and go down one level. Show your beach cards to security and you will receive beach towels and bottled water.
From here you enter the premises of 5* Fairmont the Palm hotel, where you can visit 6 different pools, including kids pool and quiet pool for adults only. There are also various restaurants and bars, where you can get discount if you present your beach cards.

From here you enter the premises of 5* Fairmont the Palm hotel, where you can visit 6 different pools, including kids pool and quiet pool for adults only. There are also various restaurants and bars, where you can get discount if you present your beach cards.
With beach cards you can access the Fairmont hotel serviced beach, equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and a bar. From this beach you can enjoy a spectacular view on Dubai skyscrapers and the world’s largest Ferris wheel "Ain Dubai".
Swimming pools are open, heated during winer season and cooled during summer months. Depth varies. All pool areas are equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and even soft cabanas.
The beach is sandy and long, well suited for swimming and for a stroll at any time of the day.
Smoking areas are located near the building main entrance and also in specific areas near the bar. Smoking inside the apartments in strictly prohibited! Penalty is 500 AED per each room.

Atlantis Aquaventure — one of the largest and most popular water parks in Dubai.
Dubai Marina, JBR — lively area with cafes, bars and bustling night life.
Mall of the Emirates — one of the most popular shopping malls, where you can find anything you need. Groceries: Carrefour.
