Your Holidays at Balqis Residence in Dubai
1. Check-in
Address: Balqis Residence Block B, Crescent Road, Palm Jumeirah
Enter the premises through the security gate, then proceed along the building to the main entrance.

You can check-in at reception desk (open 24/7) if you completed payment in advance, and then proceed to the apartment after 15:00 which is our standard check-in time.
Important: please send passport copies (or Emirates ID) of all guests to: harmony.hvh@gmail.com or via WhatsApp +971 58 575 9330 at least 48 hours before arrival, so we can register you online in accordance with local DTCM and security regulations.
If the payment needs to be done upon arrival, we will meet you at specific time, appointed in advance.

On check-in day you will receive information about your apartment number and access code to the door lock, cards to access the pool area, and also information about your designated parking spot. Please park at your space only! In case you find another car parked on your place, you need to contact reception desk: +971 4 557 6200 and the security will assist you.

We know that you want to check-in earlier. Unfortunately, in most cases we cannot arrange earlier check-in. Our hard-working team needs time to prepare everything! But in case there is extra availability, we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

2. Apartments
WiFi name and password are written on the white WiFi router in the living room.
For hot water you need to switch on the water heater (separate in each room).
To turn on the oven, press a little white "lock" sign and hold for 5s. After this a red "unlocked" sign will appear with a beeping sound, and you can then use the oven.
Apartments are equipped with Smart TV — it has Internet access, Youtube and Netflix (need to log-in with your account) and other apps.

3. Premises and facilities
When going to the pool, bring the pool access card with you. You will receive pool towels at the pool entrance. Please do not leave towels on sun loungers unattended for long period of time, it is prohibited by the building rules.
The swimming pool is outdoors, it is heated during winter season and cooled during summer. Depth is 1.2 meters. Sun loungers and umbrellas are located around the pool.
Beach line is sandy and long, well suited for swimming and for a stroll at any time of the day. There are small stones underwater (visible during low tides), for increased comfort we recommend swimming in water shoes.
The swimming pool is outdoors, it is heated during winter season and cooled during summer. Depth is 1.2 meters. Sun loungers and umbrellas are located around the pool.

For garbage disposal go to the garbage room. It is located next door from the elevators on each floor. Please throw garbage in the trash pipe, do not leave it on the floor.
Smoking areas are located next to the building main entrance and entrance from pool side. Smoking inside apartments is strictly prohibited! Penalty — 1000 AED per each room.
There are a couple of nice cafes and restaurant in the building, as well as a pool bar. For a larger selection of food outlets and entertainment we recommend visiting Palm Jumeirah Mall, West Beach Promenade or Golden Mile Galleria, al of which are within 10 min drive.
Remember, it is a vacation on an island, which is connected to mainland by one underwater tunnel. You can’t get farther into the sea without a boat! :)
We recommend our guests to use convenient delivery apps: Instashop (delivers groceries and medicine), Deliveroo, Careem and Talabat (food delivery).
There are a couple of nice cafes and restaurant in the building, as well as a pool bar. For a larger selection of food outlets and entertainment we recommend visiting Palm Jumeirah Mall, West Beach Promenade or Golden Mile Galleria, al of which are within 10 min drive.

4. Nearby area
5 minutes walk:
11-km long boardwalk along the whole crescent of Palm Jumeirah with breathtaking panoramic views of the sea, Dubai and many landmarks. You just need to exit through the security gate and cross the road.
7—10 min drive:
Atlantis Aquaventure — one of the largest and popular water parks in Dubai.
Palm Jumeirah Mall — large shopping mall with 350 shops, restaurants, cafes and entertainments, including cinema, trampoline park and kids zone. Groceries: Waitrose.
The View — 360-degree observation deck of Palm Jumeirah at 240 meters high.
Golden Mile — picturesque promenade under palm trees with cozy cafes, restaurants, shops, beauty saloons, dry cleaning and more. Groceries: All Day Fresh, Spinneys, Organic.
